Turtle Beach Ear Force Stealth 450 Fully Wireless PC Gaming Headset with DTS Headphone:X 7.1 Surround Sound
Turtle Beach Stealth 450 Wireless Gaming Headset - DTS:X 7.1 Surround Sound Headset - PCHi I've had this headset for a week now, at first I had no sound problem, I installed the driver but the thing is that the driver setup doesn't ask for an install location like the other setups do, even after installing I couldn't find the driver it had installed. for a folder named "SrsUapo3_Release_HPX", it can be on another hard drive and it must be on C drive or main hard drive, so I checked my other hard drive and there was the folder named SrsUapo3_Release_HPX, I just dragged this folder to my C drive and it instantly gave me the sound.Pros:1. it has a long battery life, i haven't timed it but it's quite long, CAN be used while charging, it uses a samsung S2 usb charger so it's also convenient.2. The microphone is a DREAM, he can hear a pin drop, it's so sensitive! no one has a problem hearing me now.3. wireless sound. Cons: 1. Sound drivers could do with a feature to ask where it wants to be installed as it currently installs it automatically anywhere!2. I think everyone face this problem.. the sound quality is not what i expected, it's not powerful, it's not good for enjoying music, i like music LOUD and this headset doesn't have that kick it's okay when playing shooting games and sound effects etc but I like music while playing and this headset just lacks that they have also removed the full graphic EQ, so all you have are presets and 7.1 surround sound can't customize the sound to your liking. 3. Due to the way the ear cups move, this doesn't seem like a STRONG, well-built headset, but only time will tell. HERE IT IS ! I would have given 5 stars if the sound quality had been better, especially for £80, that's a lot of money! I expected better. I will update my review for its durability at a later date... UPDATE: it's not much but it's there! I knew there was a weakness in the way they move, it's only been a few weeks since I bought them, the right ear speaker got really loose where it spins. Now wrap electrical tape around the moving part so it doesn't move at all now Hope this helps to make them last, what was the creator of this helmet thinking? shame on you! £80 and I already have to put tape on them to prevent them all breaking together! the headset still works well sound and mic, I'm worried about its strength, although I don't see it lasting long and I won't be buying this style of headset again! the movement is useless, it turned out to be a weakness, i hate them for it!
