After many problems and days of configuring the device, I can confirm that I do not recommend the use of this technology, it is complicated to use if your device is not compatible and it causes more problems than advantages if from the beginning you can't use it as it should, example: turn on your device and pair it and ready to use, if these steps you can't do the first time, be prepared for a series issues where you may never be able to pair your device. I dedicate myself to computers but I had never used this bluetooth technology, now that I started I could see all the serious problems that it generates if you find a problem, I bought 3 bluetooth receiver devices to compare brands and learn how easy and comfortable it would be to use this technology and in the end I can conclude that I would not recommend it to the average user who doesn't know much about computers because if he has a problem, he will no longer know how to solve it. If I had several concerns, it was tested under windows 7 and 10 latest versions updated sept 2019, the process was to install drivers for windows 7, be careful not to connect it to a usb 3 port otherwise you will have problems (this will not be told to you) the second is to see how some devices can be linked to your receiver and others will not be able to, the worst thing is that if you change the port of the receiver you will not be able to connect your devices that you had already linked and the worst thing is that you have to go back to the port where you saved them, delete them and now if you connect your receiver to the new usb port and re-parent them (took me a long time to find out), the same thing happened in Windows 10. Now the worst case is if you have a laptop with bluetooth and you had all your devices paired, but for some reason it went down failure and you have chosen to buy a new receiver you will have the same problem that you will not be able to pair your devices because they have to be erased from the re old receiver so that they can be linked to the new one, this is the big problem with this technology. It might be a Windows issue, but in 7 and 10 it's the same. In the worst case, you must uninstall the drivers of the bluetooth receivers you have installed to be able to use a new one, otherwise there will be conflicts and you will only have to format your pc to be able to use it. your new bluetooth receiver correctly. once you got through the hell of the setup in case you had any trouble thats not very good i wanted to hook up a ps4 control and it CANNOT and some newly acquired sony headphones , the headphones had an audio delay of up to 2 seconds which is attributable to the receiver because as I said at the beginning I tried other receivers and with these I did not have so many audio touch-ups , but you need to confirm i had to do clean installs of windows because when installing the driver for 2 receivers on the same pc i didn't do it could be related to hearing aids or command, how is it was in conflict. Regarding the transmission distance it is only 9 meters, at 10 it is no longer possible to To read it correctly, they start the mute and the control did not work well, with the slightest object that was in the way you stopped hearing the sound and the delay has udio started honestly the bluetooth tech leaves alot to be desired as they are version 4 and i thought they had improved i had a version 1 receiver and decided to buy the newer one thinking that they had improved but I think it is the same, I would not recommend spending money on devices with this technology which has little compatibility and gives a lot of problems. i wanted something wireless i ended up putting in a usb extender and getting my hearing aids receiver as close as possible about a meter because if you move away the audio delay starts and until you restart hearing aids it is dialed, if a person passes by at this time you will lose audio for a moment or if you move away 5 meters the audio delay will start and it does not dial, this is only noticeable in games video, if you listen for the music it's not I'm afraid you realize.
