Tablette Wifi Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 128 Go Noir (2019)

I bought this tablet last month and yesterday just over 30 days later I noticed several white dots on the screen. They look like white dust and are only visible at an angle and on a light background. I contacted Samsung support via chat, but they really weren't helpful. They kept asking me if I had any issues with my range, although I clearly explained that I was having issues with a tablet. They also didn't even ask for specifics of the issue, just offered generic troubleshooting such as safe mode. I had to reiterate my issue multiple times as they noted it. They did however confirm it was a hardware issue. Now I have to send the tablet to their repair center across the country and wait who knows how long for them to try to fix it. fix it. Very disappointing for such a new device. Samsung support also told me to erase all my personal data. So I will be stuck without a tablet for a while (I actually need it every day) and will have to set up like new when I get it back - major downside. UPDATE: Samsung repair center kept my tablet for about a week and returned it with ZERO explanation of what they did to it or what they actually issued. seemed to work fine, but those white dots showing came back. I started a new service request online yesterday with the details of the problem very clearly stated AND with photos of the problem attached. This morning customer service called me and left me a voicemail saying to call them back regarding my service request. I called them back within 50 minutes of missing their call and they had no idea why I was calling, but they did see the product I was calling about in their system. I repeated the whole story in detail (how the tablet was "fixed" last month, how the problem persisted, gave my service request number, etc.), but the CS rep just wasn't listening .He started asking questions that clearly showed he hadn't looked at my service request and didn't even bother to understand what I was saying to him.I repeated the whole thing again. ' story. He asked me again if I was saying that the tablet had already been Was repaired once and if it had been repaired by Amazon or Samsung. I repeated again for the third time that it had already been repaired by their Samsung service center. this.I said sure transfer me.He put me on hold then disconnected the call!!!So I had to call back and repeat the whole story again. This second guy eventually transferred to what he called the "repeat repair" team. A guy on that side had no idea why I was transferred to his place. So I had to repeat my story to the fourth time in 30 minutes. He looked at the service history and took his time to read it. He kept saying "hmmm", "hmmm" as if he was skeptical of what he was reading .After a while he finally finished and said that since the tablet was recently repaired but the problem was still present, they would replace my tablet with a new one.He asked to put me on hold to "put it in place". I finally exhaled with relief that the process was finally in motion, but it was premature. The guy came back online and told me he sent me a shipping label. I asked him if he could send me an email confirming that they would replace the tablet. That's when things went downhill again - he replied that wasn't allowed to and that "they (?) would let me know what's going on" once they (who?? Isn't he with the repair crew or what? ) received my tablet. So at this point I have to erase all data from my tablet again (do a factory reset) and send it to the repair center across the country from me and wait an unknown period of time for an unknown resolution /unpredictable (if there is even one). TLDR: Tablet had serious display issues a month after purchase. I had to erase it and send it in for warranty repair; received a week later with no explanation, but problem went away. Problem reappeared a few weeks later. Contacted customer service again, they seemed clueless/unable to see repair history. After finally being transferred to the "repeat repair" team, he was first told that they would replace the tablet with a brand new one, then this same person said he was unable to say what was going to happen .Must erase and return tablet to service center.
