Even though the Oculus Quest has been out for just over a year now, fans have already turned their attention to its successor, the Oculus Quest 2, which promised an even more enhanced VR experience and ships in October 2020. But there are a few flaws about the new VR headset that might tempt fans to stick with their trusty Quest, which, in addition to not costing as much, offers plenty of exciting new perks.

WATCHING MOVIES AND TV

Users who spend a lot of time binge-watching TV and movies will love the Oculus Quest for its ability to interface with all major streaming services, like Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Hulu. If users have SlingTV , they can watch all of its content on a giant 180-inch screen.

Users can also watch media stored on their Oculus Quest headset or stream content of their choice using the SKYBOX VR app. Catch a screening with friends in one of the many virtual cinemas and enjoy the same film together (but separately). All content is viewed on a huge virtual screen!
