Pros:* This is my third different Bluetooth headset/headset, and so far it's only one where the call quality is acceptable (i.e. the person at other end can actually hear me fine) and good enough for me to use. That's the main benefit. They can still tell I'm on a Bluetooth device (it changes the sound) and can hear the ambient noises around me (e.g. they can hear children playing as I walk past a playground), but you can be heard clearly and still understood, which is the main thing, and it's definitely not the case with the others 2.* Sounds good for listening (other bluetooth earphones/headphones did too, so I think we're at the stage where listening is largely nailed down, it's the others who hear c you're the permanent problem).* the price is right, you won't get better value. e-price for sound and call quality. (i.e. I'm sure you could buy better sound + better call quality, but you would pay a lot more for it)
Small inconveniences, hope these can be fixed in the next version:* I bought some foam pads to fit around these headphones as they felt a bit hard/uncomfortable inside the ear and felt like they might fall out. (Other ozbargainers had reported the same feeling and said the foam pads helped). With the foam pads, both of these issues have mostly gone.Ideally they would ship them with 2 sets of foam pads and make the case/removal for the buds thicker by about 0.5mm to accommodate the very slight extra thickness with the foam (the case closes with foam pads, but you have to push it to close sometimes).* The controls on the headphones are a bit convoluted. This is largely because a single press on either side changes the volume (left to lower volume, right in. ur volume up).So if you want to pause or play,it's a double tap.Answer call/end call is double tap.Voice assistant is triple tap.In my humble opinion, the controls would be better if you did the volume entirely through your phone, and single tap for pause/play/answer/dismiss, and double tap for voice assistant. That said, it's easy to only press the controls once because they don't seem to have a physical button, so maybe it should be a physical button? I don't know about that, but the current controls take a bit of time to get used to it.
All in all, I would still recommend them, despite the small drawbacks.
