I got this headset because I saw many professional esports gamers using it on a daily basis, so I thought this must be a great headset! Well it is! This headset for the price is amazing, I haven't had any issues so far (I've been using it for 1 month). PROS:-Easy to install, has software provided by Logitech (download via their website) bass, etc.-Mic quality is amazing for a headset mic according to people listening to me while I talk to through games and when i hear myself through video recordings obviously not as good as an expensive studio mic but if you want to stream and record videos this mic is perfectly fine and makes your voice crisp and clear without any issues ! The microphone is also detachable. - In terms of comfort, this helmet is amazing, at least for me. Wearing helmets for long periods of time would normally give me a mild headache or uncomfortable issues, but not with this one! I would wear it for hours and have no issues, the earbuds fit my ears perfectly and included in the box is another type of earbud that you can replace with the default ones if you want a different feel but for I default the earpads are a nice soft leather like material that feels great on your ears. The helmet adapts perfectly to your head so that it absolutely does not slip, but is not tight enough to cause discomfort. The helmet feels like there is nothing on my head after getting used to it. , and has no height issues.-The style is sleek and simple, not too flashy and you can definitely wear it in public without normies and casual "gamers" thinking the headset is nothing but a normal music headphones.-The cord is long and unless you have your PC or whatever you're playing with on the other side of the board, the cord should reach. .CONS:-Unfortunately no RGB): if you like that.-The cord gets tangled up a bit and shortens in length, easy fix, just rotate the top end to its back to its normal length. I can see how it can be beneficial to let the cord do this because it makes sure the extra length doesn't cause any problems, but it's annoying to me because I like the cord hanging down. -If you don't aren't savvy in PC gaming or know how to run a computer to the tune of a 13 year old of this generation, then figuring out how to adjust the headset sound settings to your liking would be a little difficult (just a few videos YouTube can't fix) but if you're not new to tech or were born in 1985+ (and either grew up with tech or had tech early in your life), you don't 'll definitely have no problem! I think most people looking at this helmet and looking to buy it will definitely have no problem. Be sure to research other helmets you would like to buy in your price range if you are skeptical about buying this helmet to ensure you get the right helmet for you, but I assure you this headphones are very good for the price and very good if you play everyday!
