The long-awaited Xbox Wireless Headset certainly didn't disappoint. We knew Microsoft's first wireless gaming headset was going to be ambitious; little did we know it was also going to be one of the best wireless headsets around. budget for $100 games.

Although the battery life is less, the ability to get four hours of juice out of a 30 minute charge is pretty clutch and makes up for not having 3.5mm connections. A nice feature for Xbox users is that you can connect the headset to your phone and console simultaneously. This means you can access Discord on your phone and hear your teammates WHILE receiving game audio from your Xbox.

If you're a PC and Xbox Series X/S owner, the Xbox Wireless Headset, like the Xbox Wireless Controller, is a well-designed piece of kit worth investing in that won't leave you won't fall off or damage your wallet. It's an easy-to-use Bluetooth headset that works well on multiple devices (except PS5), and it's not an easy trick to pull off.

It's an impressive piece of work by Corsair. The company has channeled all of its expertise from high-end models and somehow cut costs without compromising... well, anything detectable. If you had us says the HS70 was a $150 headset when we first unboxed it, we'd believe you.

The stereo spread and overall sound articulation are the highlights here. The drivers are adapted to the modern trend for flatter EQs and therefore better versatility when you close PUBG and bring up that doom metal playlist you're on. have worked in Spotify.

The build quality is what baffles us with the incredible price of the HS70, however, they feel sturdy enough to last for years, yet light on the head and well padded. The slightly under-padded headband is the only exception. The EPOS|Sennheiser GSP 370 is the smaller, conservative cousin of the Boombastic GSP 670. While not packing the same punch, the GSP 370 still delivers deep bass in a lighter, more affordable wireless gaming headset.

How We Test Wireless Gaming Headsets

Many of the qualities you look for in a wireless headset are the same ones you'd hope to find in any audio gear: tone, build quality, and reliability top the load. We also need to test a few wireless-specific things: battery life, charging time, range, and latency. The former is pretty self-explanatory, though, in addition to a battery life test "everyday use" battery, we also run the headphones at full volume to find out how quickly the charge drains under these conditions. Most USB/3.5mm gaming headset big players have a wireless option, but usually only one.
