The most important, because I discovered that the same company also manufactures the multi 3 model which can mount, in addition to the phone, an action cam or a small device photo like the sony RX 100 and I was able to find this other model (identical except for a few details) at a price just a little higher. 2.I had difficulty because the app was unable to connect via Bluetooth to the gimbal.However, I found out later that it most likely depended on the permissions granted to the app itself by the phone and it wasn't enough to give permissions afterwards. In fact, in the new model, I uninstalled the app ;downloaded and reinstalled again, granted permissions and logged in immediately. So it's likely that on this model it didn't work due to an error on my part. Now let's come to the gimbal itself. It comes in a hard padded case which is very useful for transporting and protecting it. Too bad it doesn't have a handle but too bad, other models don't have a handle. similar box. Inside is the gimbal and a plastic tripod that can be screwed underneath. It is well made plastic more than enough to support the weight of the gimbal.
